In my OPS935 Project Management course, I led a 4-month project to enhance Siri by integrating ChatGPT’s AI into Apple's chips. The project, with a $600,000 budget and a of AI/ML engineers, focused on improving Siri's task execution, accuracy, and content creation. We followed the project lifecycle and established SMART and risk strategies to ensure successful delivery and user satisfaction.
Used SAS Viya and SPSS to segment customers through clustering and build predictive models based on transaction behavior. Generated marketing personas and insights to support targeted retention strategies.
